REIC 2260: REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT ANALYSIS
The objective of this course is to develop a thorough knowledge of both the fundamental principles and contemporary techniques to the financing process and the elements of taxation in the analysis of real estate. This is accomplished using discussion, analyses, case studies, practical exercises, and intensive calculator use. Credit is awarded for this five day REIC Core Course upon successful completion of a Mini-Test (40%) and a take-home assignment (60%).

REIC 2340: MORTGAGE LENDING FOR RESIDENTIAL HOUSING
To excel, mortgage lending and underwriting professionals need the "value-added" edge provided by REIC 2340. Mortgage Lending for Residential Housing is the industry standard that sharpens risk assessment and risk management skills. Credit is awarded for this three-day course upon successful completion of a take-home assignment.



REIC 2600: ETHICS & BUSINESS PRACTICE
The objective of REIC 2600 is to aid the real estate practitioner to develop and refine his or her decision-making skills from an ethical standpoint. Using factual and hypothetical case studies, group discussions, workshops, and videos, participants will study various real estate ethical codes and will acquire the tools and strategies to maintain strict ethical standards. Credit is awarded for this three day, 20.5 hour course upon successful completion of the take-home assignment.

REIC 2761: BASIC MARKETING & LEASING FOR REAL ESTATE MANAGERS
Effective marketing and leasing skills are essential for making your property more competitive and profitable. Learn how to understand marketing and leasing functions, how to lease more successfully, and how to attract and retain potential residents and tenants. This practical, hands-on course will give you key ideas for developing a successful marketing plan and evaluating marketing efforts. This course can be completed in a two-day classroom option or via home study.



REIC 2771: MANAGING REAL ESTATE MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS.
Maintenance operations play a critical role in every aspect of your property’s current and future success. They impact everything from tenant relations and cast control to your ability to create and increase value. This course focuses on maintenance as a value-adding management issue. You will learn how to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks including property inspections as well as preventative maintenance, energy conservation, safety, emergency preparedness programs and how to handle environmental hazards. This course can be completed in a two-day classroom option or via home study.

REIC 2842: DEVELOPING HUMAN STRATEGIES FOR REAL ESTATE MANAGERS.
Successful real estate investment performance depends on your ability to make the right decisions for retaining and enhancing value at your properties. This course builds on your fiscal management skills, including net present value, and internal rate of return. This course can be completed in a two-day classroom option or via home study.

REIC 2863: MARKETING & LEASING STRATEGIES FOR OFFICE BUILDINGS.
In this intermediate course, you will learn how to develop an office building marketing plan and leasing strategies. Learn the techniques for keeping tenants happy as well as how to attract and renew leases. You will return to work with a wealth of new ideas, lease negotiation techniques, and tenant relations strategies that will make a positive difference in your property’s profitability. This course can be completed in a one-day classroom option of via home study.

REIC 2912: WRITING & USING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PLANS.
Explore innovative and effective solutions to challenges faced in this trying market. This course utilizes a series of comprehensive case studies and small group discussions to teach you how to work through a workout. Each case study has a specific management problem for your investigation. From physical to fiscal, RIEC 2912 helps you solve the most trying problems in property management. This course requires you to use all of your previous classroom training to solve these challenges. Your involvement in small group discussions facilitates "hands-on" decision-making.
