CLO - Certified Leasing Officer (Formerly Accredited Leasing Officer) is a Commercial Leasing Specialist with expertise and experience that ensures the most effective leasing arrangements. Certified in Real Estate Finance symbolizes expertise in financial and investment analysis, loan and risk evaluation, mortgage underwriting and administration. Certified Residential Underwriter holding a Certified Residential Underwriter (CRU) designation means practical experience and sound education in underwriting residential mortgages.
